'Unprecedented situation'The society has posted the names of more than 30 orthodontists who are accepting Halpern's patients, though some are as far away as Edmonton. Dr. Richard Halpern bought the Brentwood orthodontist practice from Dr. Ronald Wolk and Dr. Barry Hoffman in 2016.
