MANILA, Philippines — More patients are being tested negative for coronavirus disease (COVID-19), with those being admitted in various hospitals nationwide down to only 43, the Department of Health (DOH) said Monday. Data from the case tracker of the DOH as of Monday morning showed that 592 patients under investigation (PUIs) have been discharged after testing negative for the viral infection. ADVERTISEMENTThree Chinese nationals earlier tested positive for COVID-19. Overall, the number of patients who went under monitoring for the fatal disease so far in the country is now at 638. On Sunday morning, this was at 633, composed of 39 patients admitted in health facilities, 591 discharged, and three confirmed cases.
