Emergency services at the scene of the multi-vehicle crash in Lower Hutt on Friday. Two patients have been discharged from hospital, and one other is in a stable condition after a multi-vehicle crash involving a truck in Lower Hutt. On Saturday morning, a Capital & Coast District Health Board spokesman said that two patients previously being assessed in hospital had now been discharged. Meanwhile, a third patient who was undergoing treatment at Wellington Regional Hospital on Friday was now in a stable condition on a ward. He heard that a large dump truck carrying a load of soil was travelling from Wainuiomata down the Lower Hutt side of the hill.
