An unknown number of passengers are trapped in their car following a fiery two-vehicle collision near the intersection of Sheppard Avenue East and Bayview Avenue, Toronto police say. TPS reported on Twitter that the collision was called in just after 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday night. Both vehicles caught on fire; passersby stopped to “help out” the passengers. A rush has been requested on fire crews. Roads in the area are closed until further notice.
