Four unidentified people reportedly walked away from a vehicle accident on Dhaka’s Airport Road on Eid day, abandoning a rolled-over car. The station’s Officer-in-Charge Nure Azam Mia told the Dhaka Tribune that the accident took place around 4pm Monday on Airport Road opposite the Le Meridien Hotel. Photos posted by one eyewitness on Facebook show that the car was completely upturned on the side of the road. OC Nure Azam said according to eyewitnesses, the passengers of the car had gotten out of the wrecked car and walked away from the scene, seemingly unharmed. “When we reached the spot, the passengers of the car were gone and no one else reported any injury,” he said.
