The cell phone video from passenger Darwing Silva captured the immediate, uncertain moments after the chartered jet from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, landed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville and ended up in the St. Johns River on Friday night. Silva shared the video with Jacksonville television station News4Jax. Silva told the Tampa Bay Times that passengers initially were told Friday the aircraft might not be fit for takeoff. Even though the plane was hot, there were no other problems during the flight from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Silva said. The landing at Naval Air Station Jacksonville seemed normal at first, but then the plane didn't stop on the runway.
