Businesswoman Esther Passaris is currently leading in the race for woman representative ticket in the Nairobi ODM primaries. Other results indicate that George Aladwa beat Reuben Ndolo for the ticket to run for Madaraka MP. In Starehe, businessman Steve Mbogo won the ODM ticket with 5,697 votes. Abdul Kadir secured his slot for the Kamukunji MP seat in the August elections, winning with 2,782 votes. Badi Twalib also won with 3,283 votes against Dan Aloo's 1,759 votes in the contest for ODM Jomvu MP ticket.
