MANILA, Philippines — The Pasig City government will implement a “coding scheme” for residents who will be visiting their departed loved ones during the scheduled opening of public and private cemeteries. ADVERTISEMENTThe city government said a barangay “coding scheme” will be followed to prevent possible mass gathering inside cemeteries. The Pasig City government also reminded its residents to bring proofs of residence such as barangay certificates or IDs, face masks as well as face shields. There is also no age restriction for those planning to visit their deceased relatives at the city cemeteries, the city government added. Meanwhile, non-Pasig residents are permitted to enter private and public cemeteries in the city before or after Oct. 26 until Nov. 7.
