The Irish Film Workers Association (IFWA), which represents about 300 workers, has requested that the Labour Court subpoena Donohoe and Arts Minister Catherine Martin. It informed the Labour Court that the two ministers “have information” which is fundamental to the case. The WRC adjudicator ruled against Arkins but that adjudication has now been appealed to the Labour Court.
