Share TweetBy Dhel NazarioThree employees of the Pasay City Environment and Natural Resources Office (PCENRO) are now under investigation following the spread of a viral video of them on social media allegedly receiving money from a tourist who they caught smoking in public. Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano on Friday issued a show-cause order against the three, identified as Michael De la Cruz, 48, Roel Dimaculangan, 46, and Noel Surigao. According to Mayor Calixto-Rubiano, the three were seen in a viral video by their PCENRO Chief Engineer Rene Sanchez who reported it to her. The three employees are given 72 hours to write an explanation to the Mayor.
