Police said that Usha's links to the topper scam were revealed by Ajit, one of the two arrested on Sunday. The SIT raided several places and arrested Sandeep Jha and Ajit Shaktiman who used to work as agents of Singh. Special Investigation Team (SIT) chief Manu Maharaj said Usha Sinha, wife of accused Lalkeshwar Prasad, former chairman of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), was also involved in the racket.
