Last Thursday, the Tripoli based Libyan Ministry of Planning revealed the partial preliminary results of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey Programme for 2022-2023. These are projects related to reforming the social system that contribute to developing development plans and formulating public policies in Libya during the coming years.
