According to him, the amendment of the conduct of Public Officers law will help reduce what he describes as corruption amongst public officials. Members of Parliament declare their assets at the beginning of their tenure when they are ending they are required to declare their assets. ''Any public officer because it is not required to be made public, could make a declaration to reflect his own aspiration. We want to amend the law in such a manner that it will require the Auditor General to make it public.
