The adjournment is supposed to give an opportunity to the Committee on Selection to constitute other committees to conduct the duties of parliament effectively. Majority Leader Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu announced on the floor on Wednesday that a seminar would soon be held for new legislators. Meanwhile, the Speaker of Parliament, Prof Mike Ocquaye, on Wednesday read to the house, a list containing 12 more ministers-designate named by President Nana Akufo-Addo for vetting. They include Okere MP Dan Botwe, who will become the Minister of Regional Reorganisation if passed by parliament.
