The composition of the special committee remains undecided almost 24 hours after the Speaker directed the setting up of a special committee to look into the allegations detailed in an investigation. Joy News' Parliamentary correspondent Joseph Opoku Gakpo reported parliament is consulting on the way forward after news of the GFA's dissolution broke. The dissolution came barely five hours after Parliament expressed interest in going into the GFA matters. The Speaker of Parliament Prof. Mike Oquaye said on the floor of the House Thursday, "so far as a matter concerns a public or national interest in Ghana, Parliament can investigate that matter."
