KUALA LUMPUR: For sending pornographic videos to his female colleague, a parking attendant was fined RM2,500, in default, three months' jail. Magistrate Mahyudin Mohmad Som sentenced M. Prabakaran, 29, after he pleaded guilty to insulting the modesty of a 37-year-old woman by sending her four pornographic videos. Prabakaran was charged with committing the offence at a shopping centre in Bukit Bintang here on May 20 and 26 as well as on June 27 under Section 509 of the Penal Code which provides for a maximum jail sentence of five years or a fine or both. The accused paid the fine.
