A statement on the club's website read: "Paris St Germain and Lassana Diarra have reached an agreement to resolve the contract which linked them until June 30, 2019. "The club thanks Lassana for his professionalism throughout his time in Paris and wishes him the best for his future." Diarra has previously played for clubs including Real Madrid, Chelsea and Marseille. He won 34 France caps between 2007 and 2016.
