SHAH ALAM: The new format on Primary School Assessment Report (PSAR) for Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) students is a step in the right directionas it moves away from an exam-oriented system. Parents welcomed the Education Ministry’s decision not to highlight the names of best schools or states with the most straight As pupils. If we measure (students’ capablities) solely on written exams, we will only be looking at their academic achievements,” she said when met at the SK Raja Muda (Integrasi) here today.
