Confused mums and dads were forced to pick up their children immediately from Busy Little Bees Nursery in Sheldon, Birmingham, after being phoned by upset staff. "I had to rush from work, staff were really upset and did not have a clue what was going on. In a letter sent to parents, nursery owner Jackie Davies said poor practice and safety and wellbeing of the children sparked the Ofsted inspection. In last year's Ofsted inspection of the nursery, it was given a 'Good' rating. We undertook an unannounced visit on 28 June 2019 and this led to the provider immediately closing the nursery.
