Nichole Schmidt and Joseph Petito, Gabby Petito's parents, filed a lawsuit against Brian Laundrie's parents, Christopher and Roberta Laundrie, and their attorney, Steven Bertolino, for intentional infliction of emotional distress in March 2022.
