Employees at a Houston, Texas, daycare sent a strongly worded message to parents, telling them to get off their phones and pay attention to their own children. The sign read: "We have heard a child say 'Mommy, mommy, mommy...' and the parent is paying more attention to their phone than their own child. Mazurkewicz admittedly had her phone in hand when she picked her kids up from the daycare outside Houston on Friday. "We have seen children trying to hand their parents their work they completed and the parent is on the phone. "We have heard a child say 'Mommy, mommy, mommy..." and the parent is paying more attention to their phone than their own child.
