more-inA day after two young accident victims in Saharanpur died after policemen refused to take them to hospital, allegedly because they didn’t want their car to get dirty, grieving parents demanded that murder charges be slapped against the erring cops. Pandey and Senior Superintendent of Police Babloo Kumar when the two went to meet the parents on Saturday. The DM assured the parents that action would be taken against the policemen. After the policemen refused to help, the local people managed to take the two boys to a hospital where they died due to excessive bleeding and head injuries. The DM and the SSP met the crowd and assured them of swift action against Head Constable Indrapal Singh, Constable Pankaj Kumar and Constable Manoj Kumar, who were suspended on Friday.
