Members of the women's gym Configure Express in Papakura, Auckland, say they are still waiting for refunds, more than two months after it closed. This week Configure Express managing director Greg Peters said money would be refunded, insisting his business was not in financial strife, blaming technical issues. However members of the gym claim neither Peters or Configure Express have responded to phone calls, emails or posts on social media. Jodi​ Dormer was the Papakura gym manager and was transferred to the Configure Express Newmarket after it closed.
