The grilled fish are served with spicy and sweet dipping sauces, along with free flow of nasi lemak as well as chilled air sirap and plain water. In only four hours, half a tonne of grilled fish have been grilled and served. I want everyone to enjoy the grilled fish cooked using a recipe which has been in my family for generations. I had to control the crowd as I am also afraid that the grilled fish would not be enough for everyone.
