The panel will next week consider various applications for winery developments and small-scale travellers’ accommodation. Henderson have applied to build travellers’ accommodation for up to five guests on a site in Bell Ave, Cromwell. The split-level Prophet’s Rock winery would be 1547sq m and offer winery tastings and tours and host private functions. The Felton Rd building proposed by Larksbay New Zealand Trustees Ltd would be 123.8sq m and would be built at the northern end of a vineyard. The Henderson application wants to establish travellers’ accommodation within a second residential unit in Bell Ave, Cromwell.
