The Danish jeweler said the new program will run to February 2, 2024, at the latest and follows the successful conclusion of the DKK2.4 billion buyback program that has just ended. Combined, the two programs deliver on Pandora's intention to buy back up to DKK5 billion worth of own shares over twelve months, it said. The new program will be completed in two separate tranches, with the first tranche of up to DKK1.6 billion commencing June 21 and completing no later than October 13. The second tranche will commence upon conclusion of the first tranche and complete no later than February 2, 2024.
