CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The winning candidates in key positions in Pampanga were proclaimed on Friday afternoon. Dennis Pineda, who vowed good governance, was proclaimed governor at 3:45 p.m. at the provincial capital. ADVERTISEMENTJoining him were elected Rep. Jonjon Lazatin (first district), Rep. Aurelio Gonzales (third district) and Rep. Juan Pablo Bondoc (fourth district). Outgoing Governor Lilia, who was unopposed in the vice gubernatorial race, was also proclaimed on Friday.
