"It is the headquarters of many government ministries. For many years, visiting American diplomats met their Israeli counterparts in Jerusalem. They affirmed that they will retaliate; mobilizing more people to reject this decision, noting that the best response is to unite the Palestinian people in politics and on the ground.Trump’s decision was met by a barrage of criticism and condemnations from many Arab and world leaders. Protests have since broken out in the Gaza strip, West Bank and different locations across the Arab world.
