MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte is set to sign into law the Universal Healthcare bill on Wednesday, February 20, Malacañang said. The measure, once enacted into law, would allow for a National Health Security Program that mandates universal health care coverage and benefits to all Filipinos.
