Pakistani asylum seeker goes missing - Nation

KLANG: When Ata ul Mohsin (pix) and his family came to Malaysia last year to apply for asylum at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Kuala Lumpur, they believed their troubles were over. Shumaila, who has a three-year-old daughter with Mohsin, said she believed her husband may have forgotten his way back home. The family belongs to the Pakistani Ahmadi community that claims it is being discriminated in the country. "We are going through severe emotional trauma with my mother-in-law suffering the most not knowing where or how her son is," said Shumaila. Those who have seen Mohsin or know his whereabouts are urged to contact Shumaila at 011-11306974, Shahid (011-21035296) or Indrawan (013-2226759).
