ISLAMABAD—A Pakistani court Wednesday lifted the house arrest of Hafiz Saeed, the man accused by India and the U.S. of masterminding a 2008 terror attack in Mumbai that killed 166 people. Mr. Saeed, head of the Islamist group Jamaat-ud-Dawa that targets India, had been put under house detention in January, as Pakistan came under international pressure to do more to combat militants operating from its soil. Mr. Saeed carries a $10 million U.S. bounty for his alleged role in the Mumbai attack.
