Urges Karach­iites for suppor­t, calls for allian­ce agains­t PPPGeneral (retd) Pervez Musharraf has said that India is hatching conspiracies against Pakistan, but it should realise that our defence is strong. Addressing a public gathering organised by All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) in Liaquatabad, Musharraf, the party’s chief, said the country’s politics needs to change. He said APML is in the process of forming new political alliances and urged the public to support his party. Speaking about Karachi, Musharraf said that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, Awami National Party and PPP pitted people against each other and armed their supporters. They should support APML so that we can pull them out of this misery.
