Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairperson Imran Khan on Thursday said that the Pakistani government was reluctant to buy oil from Russia as the ‘enslaved’ leaders feared American backlash. According to Imran, India implemented an independent foreign policy, free of outward influence, and bought oil from Russia at a subsidised rate.
