Philip Arps appeared in the Christchurch District Court today facing two charges of sharing the accused gunman's livestream video. He was one of six people appearing today on charges of distributing the disturbing footage. Meanwhile, an 18-year-old appeared on one charge of sharing the livestream video and another of sharing an image of the Al Noor mosque one week before the attacks with the words 'Target Acquired'.
