MANILA, Philippines — Slightly warmer temperatures are expected tomorrow and on Tuesday due to the weakening of the northeast monsoon, the state weather bureau said yesterday. In Metro Manila, the forecast maximum or warmest temperature tomorrow is 32 degrees Celsius, weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said. The weather bureau, however, still expects the northeast monsoon to return and bring colder mornings this month. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon continued to bring cooler weather in some parts of the country yesterday. As of yesterday, no weather disturbance was spotted within and outside the Philippine area of responsibility, he added.
