MANILA, Philippines — Warm weather and isolated rain showers due to the easterlies are expected nationwide on Wednesday, Independence Day, according to the state weather bureau. “Inaasahan natin na medyo mainit pa rin ang mararanasan, habang sa hapon o sa gabi ay magkakakaroon tayo ng mga isolated rain showers and thunderstorms,” said Obet Badrina, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
