CAIRO-13 February 2021: Zamalek’s head coach Jaime Pacheco said that the team created many chances in the match against Algeria’s MC Alger but the players failed to use them. Zamalek were held to a goalless draw by the Algerian giants at Cairo International stadium in the opening match of the CAF Champions League group stage. We created many chances but we failed to use them.” Pacheco said in the post-match press conference. Zamalek came close from scoring during the match but all the White Knights’ attempts missed the target. Pacheco added “We had a good game and we need to keep improving.”Zamalek play in group D alongside Teungueth from Senegal, Tunisia's Espérance and Algeria's MC Alger.
