KARACHI: It has been reported that two Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers were gunned down in target killing incidents on Thursday night. Shafqat, a 55-year-old party worker, was reportedly shot around 11:30pm by unidentified persons in Orangi Town area of the city. As the dead bodies were shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaman reached the hospital. He has asked the Sindh chief minister and Sindh Rangers director general to investigate the killings that threaten to disrupt the peace of the city. The Karachi police chief has sought a report on the matter from senior superintendent police (SSP) west.
