He explained that the motels of PTDC have been given a complete overhaul as upgradation work had been completed. New paint and replacement of linen and napery work at all motels had been completed. PTDC has been working hard to promote beautiful picnic spots situated in far-flung areas of Pakistan, especially where the private sector is shy to invest, he added. Similarly, Khaplu, Rama Lake, Phander, Chattar Plain, Kalam, Hunza, Skardu, Naran, Gupis, Mastuj, Sost are other motels of PTDC but remain closed during winter. To a question he said, PTDC is planning to establish tent accommodation of about 300 tents at existing facilities of PTDC motels.
