According to PSC sources, the Health Ministry had previously sent a letter to the Ministry of Public Administration, urging them to take extra 2,250 doctors into the service. A copy of the letter was sent to the PSC. However, since PSC received no further response from the Health Ministry, publishing of results was delayed.
