We have just been shown a letter saying that the principal accounting officer has changed (and NAB chairman is not coming),” she maintained. “NAB chairman does not want to be accountable to parliament. Qamar said the federal cabinet does not have the power to bar NAB chairman from appearing in PAC meeting.
