Share TweetBy Minka Klaudia TiangcoThe Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) said the match rate between physical election returns and electronically transmitted returns is still at 99.98 as of Tuesday afternoon. PPCRV Executive Director Maribel Buenaobra said their volunteers have already encoded 27,000 election returns out of the 51,538, which they received at 12:51 a.m. on Tuesday. Buenaobra also said the PPCRV will not be receiving election returns from overseas but did not say why. The PPCRV picks up the fourth copy of the election returns to do a parallel count.
