I want you to visualize a box.” I actually visualized this little wooden box, almost like a little treasure chest. She said, “I want you to take everything that you're worried about and put it into that box and close the box. To this day when I am stressed or worried, I visualize that box and it always works for me. Whatever the box is, the key is to visualize it and put your worries and stress in that box. It’s about the separation and the fact that you don't have to carry your stress and worries with you every minute, every day, everywhere.
