After a year of several controversies that marred the administration’s deadly drug war, the Philippine National Police (PNP) sees a “less bloody” and “more transparent” campaign against illegal drugs in 2018. “Iyong version two ng kampanya natin sa iligal na droga, ang tinignan natin ay less bloody at more transparent,” PNP spokesperson Chief Supt.
