PNP chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde said they will be deploying 120,000 policemen to secure the opening of the classes for public and private schools on June 3. But it does not include the cleaning of the schools under the Brigada Eskuwela program of the Department of Education. “PNP Regional Directors have the discretionary authority to maintain full alert conditions as they deem necessary to effectively implement their respective security and public safety plans,” said Albayalde.
