Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Oscar Albayalde made the statement yesterday in referring to Nicanor Faeldon Jr., the son and namesake of Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Nicanor Faeldon. The younger Faeldon was arrested along with three others at a suspected drug den in Naga City on Friday.
