What I am doing now is three times more of what I did when I was the Prime Minister for the first time. I don’t know why but probably some money has been filtered away. So, land has been taken away from the people, wrong things were done - things that were against the law. I don’t know what it means. But in the case of the railway, you don’t need to build bigger railways.
