Sheikh Hasina said the Armed Forces have earned a reputation of credibility, in foreign lands, with their honesty and professional efficiency. Mentioning the graduating officers, she continued: "This course will make you more confident in discharging assigned duties and in facing challenges more efficiently. "You will now be prepared to undertake a higher leadership role, and perform your duties with integrity," Sheikh Hasina said. Taking note of the 11 female officers graduating this year, the prime minister said it is encouraging to see the remarkable number of female officers graduating every year.
