PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has never issued letters asking company bigwigs for their support and loyalty in the coming general election, said his office. His principal private secretary Datuk Iskandar Mohd Kaus said a police report would be lodged on the matter. In a statement Tuesday, he said the fake letters using official stationery with the Prime Minister's signature were sent to chairmen and chief executives of private organisations and government-linked companies. “The Prime Minister has never issued any letter of that sort. This is the work of parties trying to besmirch his position for their own political gain,” he said.
