BRUSSELS, Oct 26, 2023 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left here tonight for home after attending the "Global Gateway Forum" held on October 25-26. The premier arrived in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, on October 24 at the invitation of the European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen. A commercial flight of the Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage members departed the Brussels Zaventem Airport, Belgium at 10:10pm (local time). Later, the Bangladesh premier held a bilateral meeting with the EC President Ursula von der Leyen. TV channel EURONEWS and POLITICO took interview of the Bangladesh prime minister on October 25 and 26 respectively.
